Can anyone help me out? I know this sounds kind of lame but I am not well versed in social marketing. I would like to send a message to everyone that really loves cycling. I do not use twitter and do not have an organized way of getting some of my own “rage” out. I want to tell the world of cycling to please join me in telling Pat McQuaid to f##k off and resign. I have never seen such an abuse of power in cycling’s history- resign Pat if you love cycling. Resi...

Our trip to the World Cup finals in Norway started with an interesting day of travel highlighted by someone forgetting their passport, some gnarly turbulence and playing musical cars at the rental lot. We then had a couple down days to build bikes, adjust to the time change and the culture. Including stocking the condo's fridge with some expensive food (and later beer) and using the built in sauna.

This past weekend was the first found of the Eastern States Cup at the new and revived Mountain Creek Bike Park. In both Cat 1 and the Pro class we had over 30 of the fastest guys in the nation to race. This race was really going to show all of us if our winter training is going to pay off... and it did in a big way!
